- Double current infrastructure, i.e. improved production capacity and growth.
- Continue with the revenues growth rate (around 40%).
- Recertification BASC Cafe: Control Management System and Security.
- Positioning of the brand “Trilladora Mercedes” at a regional level, as a threshing service provider and truck scale. Improvement of corporate identity worldwide.
Long Term
- By 2015 we want to become the number one exporter of coffee at a regional level, besides reaching the top 10 best known companies of our sector in Colombia (currently we are No. 14 according to Dinero Magazine, 2011).
- Since Coffee Export has consolidated itself as one of the most important companies in the southern region; we have identified a major growth opportunity, as the department of Huila is aimed to become the primary coffee producer in the country. This is confirmed by high recognition media in Colombia: “There are in Huila a total of 5,500 hectares of coffee properly certified under the seal of high quality and are located in 2,300 farms of the south and center of the department, equipped with modern production systems.” (Caracol Radio in April 2010)
